Peloton - “Homecoming”

Peloton had ambitious plans for its annual Homecoming event: special classes, celebrity panels, community activations, and a keynote packed with product updates designed to shape the future of the platform.

In close collaboration with Peloton, we developed a three-phase rollout including a Save the Date announcement, a series of content teasers, and the fully produced global Homecoming Weekend event. We coordinated and directed more than three dozen remote interviews and social videos featuring international instructors and community leaders, while also creating digital touchpoints like Instagram filters and stickers to build anticipation and drive engagement.

After six months of planning, Homecoming Weekend went live to nearly 50,000 members around the world. Behind the scenes, the virtual control room required precise real-time direction, seamlessly shifting between pre-produced content and live speakers while integrating guests joining remotely from their homes.

The result was a polished, high-energy global experience that strengthened the Peloton community and earned praise from both leadership and members alike.
