Hudson Ferry Co needed to show up as more than just a way to get from point A to point B. As a new service in the Hudson Valley, it had to feel trusted, useful, and genuinely local.
We started by listening. Through a community survey, we gathered insights from the people who would actually ride the ferry, which helped shape how the brand should look, sound, and behave.
From there, we built a simple, cohesive presence across digital and physical touchpoints. That included a website, dock signage, incredibly popular t-shirts, and full social media management. Everything was designed to feel approachable and rooted in the community.
The result was a brand that felt like it belonged to the place it serves, not something dropped in from the outside.
