Grow With Google - Content Campaign
Grow with Google wanted to make their YouTube channel the go-to destination for job advice. The challenge was helping people explore careers they didn’t yet know how to search for.
Via creative focus groups, held right here in our studio, we uncovered two key truths. Audiences were drawn to nostalgic, animated storytelling that made learning feel approachable. At the same time, they wanted to see what real careers actually look like day to day.
So we built a content universe that did both. By blending animated storytelling with real-world career exploration, we helped turn the channel into a place where curiosity comes first and career discovery feels entertaining, accessible, and genuinely inspiring. Our efforts achieved nearly 30 million organic impressions a significant spike in channel subscribers.
“Epic Career Quest”
Epic Career Quest was an animated series following four unlikely friends navigating a fictional career center where learning is re-imagined as a series of fantastic adventures. The show used humor, imagination, and narrative to make career discovery feel fun rather than intimidating.
Layered on top was a robust influencer strategy, utilizing creators popular amongst the demographic as voice talent. Each in turn, created their own content, driving traffic and views in an authentic way.

To ground the fantasy in reality, we paired the animated world with a live-action series spotlighting real Google Career Certificate graduates. We sent popular YouTube creator Aaron Burriss across the country to spend a day in the life with people working jobs in tech (including a day, right here in Hudson!) Each episode blended interviews, simple games, and creator-driven energy to walk the line between entertainment and education. Watch them all on YouTube.
